Various amounts of the coagulant from 1 to 10 mg/L were usedfor treatment of the wastewater. The pH was adjusted to be 7.5 inthe experiments. The optimum pH value was found by changingthe pH within the range of 6–8.5. At this condition, maximum color(50.9%) and COD removal (56.6%) were obtained using 9.6 mg/L ofthe coagulant.
