The AFT (250%),
SBT (160%) and BET (120%) scores of athletes increased following their training program; however, there was no
control group in that study. Kahle and Gribble (2009) found
that maximal reach distances improved for the SEBT
(approximately AM 5%, M 6%, and PM 7%) in healthy young adults compared to the control group after a 6-week CST
program.
