In the DC smart grid, the DC bus voltage fluctuation occur due to the output fluctuation produced by WTG and loads.
The suppression fluctuation control is achieved by controllable loads in the DC smart grid (see Fig. 1). The consumption
command determination is needed for each controllable load due to each controllable load’s different capacity. Therefore,
the controllable loads are controlled with droop characteristics and load is shared according to each capacity of controllable
load. The decided droop characteristics for decentralized controllable load are illustrated in Fig. 6. The droop characteristics
of EWHs for DC bus voltage is shown in fig
