Your superiors (MD/ GMs) will shortly call you for the individual discussion and review your target plans with you.
In this regards, I would advise you to do some homework before the discussion in order to be more efficient & effective, please:
1. assess your individual performance using ‘self-evaluation’ in HoRizon
2. think of required competencies of your function/ job position (this is sometimes called as “the skill matrix”, “skill chart”, “competency matrix”)
- the skill matrix (competency) of BTH staff has been drafted, shared and submitted to all GMs and khun Cho,
as HR suggested your superior to discuss this with you during the performance evaluation which should be taking place in this month.
This is also relevant to ISO of each dept. as well.
- please discuss with the superior for your individual development plan (IDP); or personal development dialog (PDD), how to close the gap (between required competencies vs current competencies)
this may take a lot of time, and step by step development.
3. input your training need according to your IDP/ PDD – advisable you to use the employee self-service; ‘training management’ in HoRizon.

there are some staff whose individual target plans in HoRizon are still missing, incompleted, draft status, please complete your plans ASAP as the current target status goes to “In Evaluation” already.
