Since it is all raw information, I converted the format over to the syntax of OBJ using Excel and text edits. They have really similar structures, so you can literally import a mesh in about 10 minutes of editing of the file.
The only thing that is highly different is the UV coordinates. OBJ has UV coordinates for all 3 dimensions, U, V, and W, while SCO removes the unneeded "W" dimension and leaves only the "UV". It also places the texture coordinates elsewhere in the file, but that is only a small adjustment of the syntax.
Overall there is less difference between OBJ and SCO than anything I have seen before, besides the 4 unknown INTs I have found, they are nearly identical
