1 Handle order processing, fulfillment and timely delivery to customer
2 Interacts with customers to gain an understanding of their requirements and to receive feedback
3 Arrange the export shipping document (invoice & packing list , or related documents)
4 control all required documents accurately and timely
5 Examine and inspect shipping documents, B/L, FTZ Forms, C/O reporting any errors to supervisors
6 co-ordinate and follow up the cargo with warehouse team for incoming goods and direct deliveries to customers.
7 Solve problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers.
8 Ensure on-time and in-full cargo pickup by customer’s and freight forwarders
9 arrange custom clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers
10 Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers
11 Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by providing the optimum customer service
