Today a moment ago I called to your office and talked with a staff to edit my information of application for rental your pocket Wifi and requested to use the promotion from King Power for this rental.

Next I asked her to send e-mail and new quote after that she sent this e-mail to me. As I checked the detail in e-mail and the quote, some information are still not revised as same as I talked with her.

The information which I talked with the staff to change as following
1. I changed to get pocket Wifi from EMS to Suvarnabhumi airport on 28 Dec 2015 by 19.00 and pay the cash at the airport (The information in e-mail was still delivery by EMS)
2. I would like to return the pocket Wifi Suvarnabhumi airport also. the estimated time is midnight on 5 Jan 2016 (This information had been already edited in e-mail)
3. I requested to use the promotion from King Power (discount 20% and free power bank) so the price in the quote should be reduced but the quote sent to me was still same as the previous

Then I would like to ask some questions as following

1. Promotion of King Power is discount 20% and free power bank so the price for this rental should be 200 Baht/day x 7 days = 1,400 Baht, discount 20% = 280 Baht, the total amount = 1,400 - 280 = 1,120 Baht with free power bank. is it correct? If it is correct, could you please issue new quote which be identified this detail in new quote and send to me?
2. Could you please tell me where is your booth at the airport?
3. Model of my rental pocket Wifi is AU not E-Mobile, is it correct?
4. Could you please send me the e-mail to confirm that my information had already revised?

2 .คุณสามารถกรุณาช่วยบอกฉันที่บูธของคุณที่สนามบิน
3 รูปแบบของ WiFi เช่ากระเป๋าอุ๊ไม่ e-mobile มันถูกต้องหรือไม่
