The physical properties of high solid alkyds (80% solids) with varying ratio of PE/DPE are presented in Table 2. The trends observed in viscosity and polydispersity with increasing DPE percentagewere correlated with the rheological and molecular weight characteristics of typical highly branched alkyd resins.
