Job scope & responsibilities:
• Partner with data analytics team to identify target customer and develop appropriate segmentation to maximize profitability.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer acquisition, customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Work closely with marketing team and other related parties to implement CRM campaign based on defined CRM strategy
• Contact & support clients in developing online marketing and campaign.
• Participate in generating proposal and present to clients.
• Present effective marketing and advertising support activities to clients
• Summarize client's requirement and monitoring clients satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Strategic Team, Creative Team, Production Team, Online Media Team and Social Media Team and all external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in parallel, under tight deadlines.
