BSP Thailand- Bank Guarantee (BG) Renewal
The Bank Guarantee provided by your IATA approved agency (covering Head Office and all accredited branches, if any) expires on 31 December 2014. Hence it has to be renewed and/or revised.
The minimum amount of your required new Bank Guarantee is THB 5700000. This amount is derived on the basis of your agency’s average 15 days turnover in the last 12 months.
Please submit the BG on or before 26 December 2014 to :

If your agency is going to provide a BG with an expiry date, the expiry date should be 31 December 2015. No other expiry date will be accepted. Alternatively, your agency can provide an open dated BG.
The Bank Guarantee has to be issued by a bank with investment status rating from Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited or an International rating from Standard & Poors, Moody’s or Fitch ratings.
We would like to bring to your attention that in accordance with IATA Resolutions, Agents, who fail to provide the required Bank Guarantee on time and in the correct format, will be served with two instances of irregularities and suspended from BSP ticketing. Kindly use ONLY the attached BG format without any changes.
