Why is my listing not active on Baanguru?
There can be 2 reasons for listings to not appear in search results:
1. The details of the listing are not complete - if you do not put an exact address of your property and the price, the listing will be set up unlisted until you add the missing details.
2. You added all the needed details, but did not sign up at the end.
If you start to list your property before logging in or signing up to a Baanguru account, the listing will not appear in search results, as the system will not be able to identify the owner of the property.

2. Why can’t I find my listing when I search?
To easily find your listing, we suggest for you to use our smart filter tools. You can choose the exact price of your property, the number of beds and bathrooms, the type and the size in sqm.
If you tried the filters and still can not find your property, it might be set to unlisted. In this case, go to your profile -> your listings. Please see Q1 about unlisted properties.

4. What should I do with the lisintg when my property is rented or sold?
If your property was rented or sold , please go to your account -.> your listings and set your listing to “unlisted”. You can also delete it completely from the website, if you are not interested to list it again in the future.
5. Is it free to post listings?
Yes, the website is free for all users. You can list an unlimited number of listings absolutely free of charge.
6. How to make my listing stand out and appear higher in search results?
