I would expect the customer to make the decision (MC or Lapp) prior to placing an order with MC.
Did we promised the customer anything in advance that we could not keep now?
If not I have to say that this is quite annoying. I read below that we were requested to move delivery to a dispatch date earlier than October 02 which we did. In order to achieve this goal we needed to rearrange our production schedule right away so that the cable is now in progress in our dereeling work station. Are we expected to be left on the shelves with the customer demand now?
I trust you have not accepted the cancellation of the customer yet and if this is not a customer of strategic relevance I wouldn't do so if I were you.
