AB Volvo has entered into this Agre

AB Volvo has entered into this Agreement for its own account and for the account of all VOLVO Group Companies and any other company agreed in writing. Such companies are therefore allowed to purchase Superstructures and/or Trailers in SUPPLIER further covenants not to bring any legal action of any kind against AB Volvo relating to deliveries to any of the Volvo Group Companies or to any such other company than AB Volvo. SUPPLIER hereby acknowledges that AB Volvo is not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
The terms VOLVO or SUPPLIER shall, as appropriate hereinafter, mean the relevant VOLVO Group Company or SUPPLIER Group Company having concluded a purchase order and/or sub-agreement under this Master Agreement.
