I was delighted to read that you found the staff friendly and accommodating and enjoyed the size of our rooms and I hope you had a wonderful birthday while in Bangkok.
I noticed from your review there were certain aspects of your stay that did not live up to your expectations and I would like to offer my sincere apologies for these.
We undertake a bi-weekly pest control programme to eradicate the mosquitoes found in the city at this time of year and the outsourced company we utilize are looking into ways we can pick up any “stragglers” after the treatment is completed.
As a boutique hotel offering a breakfast selection including freshly cooked to order dishes such as Eggs Benedict (or any other style of eggs or omelette of your choosing), veggie burgers, genuine pork sausages and bacon plus local and Asian cuisine as well as a buffet choice of items such as breads, pastries, muffins, salads, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and yoghurts etc. and a soon to be added DIY noodle corner if you could kindly find the time to contact me directly via gm@usukhumvitbangkok.com with some suggestions as to how our choice could be improved I would greatly appreciate it.
With three complimentary shuttle vehicles in operation and (traffic permitting) a traveling time to Terminal 21 of usually around 5-10 minutes if you could also inform me of when you experienced a delay with our service and I will look into matters.
