Thanks for the information and yes the data is now available in the UQ3RDB.
As I already informed in the enclosed mail, the 4 iMH failures now falls outside warranty and to be charged to customer.
However, we may as a very special case agree for this one last time to do the repair at goodwill, if it is really necessary, but this is something we need to discuss first, before communicating to customer.
