Report of customer complaint is in responsible by Sale (record in FM-OS-005) as the input from the customer after that responsible process made corrective action relevant and according to Procedure QP-OS-002. All of them were identified cause and taken the corrective action in order to eliminate main cause of the problem. There are total 34 complaint from customer with all closed out.
