In continuation to our phone call, please find the suggested on-line booking / SI form:
1. A new booking and SI on-line forms will be added to Thailand homepage under the zim.com site.

2. We will provide you a link to the zim.com QA site so you’ll be able to see the on-line forms.
3. I’d like you and your team to go through this on-line forms and advise us if some columns needs to be added/removed/modified so it will fit Thailand requirements.
4. The QA forms will be linked to the following group mailboxes:
Booking: booking@th.zim.com
Shipping Instructions: si@th.zim.com
My team will work with your IT guy to configure those mailboxes on the local PC / Citrix machines of the team that you want them to handle those booking/si requests.
Note: At the current stage the booking request will come by a mail format. At later stage, we’ll consider of connecting it to IQShip (but it needs HO-IT involvement)
5. Once it is tested and confirmed from your side, you’ll give us the green light to load it to production.
