Responsibilities:
• Ensuring office facilities are well maintained
• Managing filing systems and developing and implementing new administrative processes.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
• Organizing meetings and travel arrangements
• Handle invoices and cheques and ensure utilities and other bills are paid in a timely manner.
• Assist Sales department in integration, configuring and testing services for new and existing clients
• Assisting Sales department in administration process for new and existing clients
• Assisting clients how to integrate our mobile payments platform into their solution
• Documentation translation from Thai to English language
• Facilitating communication with network operators
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management or any equivalent.
• Written and spoken fluency in English & Thai
• TOEIC score around 500 - 650 desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility for business travel.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
