Provide information and reports to customers and suppliers as requested by the legal team in relation to any local business unit’s operations.
Provide general administrative support to legal team: file, sort mail, schedule meetings, arrange travel, pay invoices, create shipping labels, purchase supplies, and other administrative duties as assigned by legal team.
Work with internal stakeholders to obtain information requested by legal team.
Enter data in contracts management system, assign contract numbers, obtain signatures on contracts with internal and external signatories, and follow up.
Assist in organizing corporate minute books, prepare documentation for corporate meetings including board meetings, prepare and distribute materials in advance of such meetings.
Assist attorneys with various types of documentation, may include printing, scanning, mailing, etc.
