The optimum conditions of extraction performance were determined. Low consumption of solvent, simple experimental setup, high enrichment factor and good precise are clear advantages of this method. From a comparison with methods from the literature it can be concluded that the proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise, it gives very good enrichment factors and detection limits for analysis HAAs in hamburger patties.
