- Responsible for the overall operation and implementation of the Company''''s employee relations activities such as New Year Party, Company Outing or new activities related employee relation by working with ad hoc teams.
- Build up good relationship in organization including security, welfare, and quality of work life; as well as Employee Engagement Program.
- Establish and maintain good relationships between employers and employee.
- Plan and Operate the CSR activities (including External Activity)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
