As per our discussion on the phone, currently, there is one big problem regarding the repair of Jaguar XJL (ศ-1563 ป้ายแดง). This car is originally from GT-Cars which is sent to Doctor Auto Clinic for collision repair. This car is insured by Asia Insurance.
The problem is on the spare part supply from City Automobile. There is the incorrect supply of two spare parts as listed below:
1. Airbag (Roof) - the actual part came as the Airbag for the front dashboard.
2. Leather for the front left seat - the actual part (leather) came in a different pattern which is not the same as the original leather in the car.
The thing is this incorrect supply of the spare part has occurred twice already, so the customer has requested for the document that states the reason of the delay. Before I decide to do anything regarding the document, I would like to discuss with you first on how we should tackle with this problem. My concern is, by issuing the document, it may be enforceable by the law in case the customer decides to legally act upon us.
