Relationship attributes were measured by customers’ agreements to 2 statements: “The bank makes me feel like a valued customer” and “The bank fosters strong customer relationships.” The level of agreement to these items was measured on a 5-point Likert-type scale ranging from “strongly disagree” (1) to “strongly agree” (5). The overall scale mean of relationship attribute was 4.46 (SD = .87). The reliability was high (Cronbach’s alpha = .90).
