I did feel a slight change and when I opened my eyes it seemed like my door handle and bolt lock were slowly, and I mean very slowly, moving down the door. Especially felt something when the sudden notes sounded but it was more like panic when I heard those. Only works if you have learned to clear your mind and actually focus on the sound on a deep level
