1. The requested department submits the form called ‘Employee Requisition Form’ AYP-T DC-HR-06 to the HR. Then, HR shall verify the employee history.
2. At the same time, an announcement of recruit shall be put on the bulletin board for 2 weeks to seek for other applicants.
3. Any employee who wishes to be an applicant, he/she must be granted by his/her own immediate superior with written statement first.
4. The applicant is able to submit his/her own application form to HR.
5. HR shall briefly verify the resume. If the qualified person has been found, HR shall give the requested department the following requirements to consider later.
• The Employee History
• Time attendance rate
6. If the requested department satisfies the applicant as well, he/she shall be required to take a test arranged by HR.
7. The applicant shall be required to take a written test, practical test etc.
8. Then, the applicant shall be invited for interview.
9. If one of qualified person is acquired, HR shall inform both employee whom they have selected and original department to precede the Employee transferring.
10. The selected person shall be appointed on a three-month probation as acting. The performance evaluation shall be periodically done during the probation period.
11. If the probation results seldom failed, the probation term may be prolonged or the replacement may be done.
12. If there is no any qualified person, HR shall decide to provide him or her with the external recruitment.
