Coordinate and make appointment with sub-contracted catering company to meet the aircrafts for meal loading and unloading.
Check inventory and cart setting of F&B and merchandise for all morning flights with sub-contracted catering company.
Open and close In Flight Commercial Stock Report in the present of Flight Attendant.
To perform F&B, Merchandise and amenities top up and coordinate with Flight Attendant during aircraft transit at HUB base.
Liaise with flight operation on aircraft allocation, aircraft movements, flight movement, flight cancellation and etc as well as coordinate with IFC to plan for daily loading.
To prepare Meal Order and Pre-Booked Meal Order during weekend.
Check and reconcile In Flight Commercial Stock Report with the inventory
Clear all paper works and filing for head office and audit purpose.
Qualifications :-
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Airlines experience is an advantage.
Able to communicate in English.
Computer literate : Ms.Office - Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail.
Able to work as a shift and able to be relocated to other HUBs
Able to work under time limit , work independent and team work.
Holding own diver license ( At least one year issued )
