I sent back a defective object and dpuis more than a month I've only got messages saying that my application was being processing. in the meantime I have no answers, even my racket is defective in your warehouse, I even had additional costs and lost time. all this for a racket that I never used. give me an answer and especially send me an item. if it is defective racquet I would post it on facebook. and reponds otherwise than by automatic message. I am entitled to have a rest at my request.
