Responsibilities:
Provide organizational expertise and support the Country Manager.
Coordinate all aspects of Office Management Provide input on annual budgeting and reserves reporting to reduce risk exposure associated with assigned projects.
Responsible for hiring Guards and Maids for Office as well as personnel accommodation units.
Arranges and organizes Utilities, IT and Telephone payments.
Looks after Office Maintenance and interacts with owner.
Negotiates Rent with owner.
Develops Personnel Policies for Expatriate and Local Staff.
Arranges Airline tickets and local travel arrangements.
Supervises company Drivers.
Work proactively with staff.
Liaises with International schools in YGN as required.
Arranges contacts with housing agencies in YGN or elsewhere as required.
Exploration, appraisal and development well locations that satisfy corporate aims.
Prepares and presents technical papers on behalf of the company at industry technical conferences.
Liaises with other team members in providing a basis for creating and updating geological and reservoir simulation models.
Liaises with Other O&G companies regarding mutually beneficial issues.
Develops CSR Policies.
Identifies Local candidates for development and employment.
Assists in providing training and transfer of technical skills to national employees.
Qualifications:
University Degree
Minimum 10 years' experience in similar role
Familiar with working in the O&G industry and advantage
Team Leadership skills
Good command in English
Myanmar nationality
