May I explain you for this matter.
1. As for credit note : MTA can not accept for this matter because this item is under quality problem.
We can not receive part into system for do payment condition.
So, credit note can not use for this case.
2. For MTA-judement ; Previously I requested you to replacement this item to MTA (refer NCR document) , but QA-MTA and QA-NPTh (DNP?) is waiting for conclusion about problem. (refer Gong Wei-DNP and Thadchon san-MTA e-mail)
So, MTA have to hold this item.
Unfortunately, as you know about account system, we have to clear invoice at end of each month.
Could you please choose solution as bellowing matter.
A. Replacement part to us and bring NG-part back to NPTh.
Then, we will receive this invoice into our system.
B. Revise invoice by delete only part no.
49189-22310 ,then re-sent to MTA and we will receive invoice.
C. MTA will hold this invoice until problem will be clarified.
