as we talked to you thousand of times, the shipper would like to know finishing day of customs clearance even we explained that it takes around 10-15 days to do commodity inspection.
why don't you say the finishing day roughly by your estimation? even though actual finishing day is a little bit different from your estimation, it couldn't harm you at all.
your estimation is just for making the shipper pay the due amount.
if even cargo is rejected by your customs, the situation happens after the shipper already has paid.
at the moment, the most important is that we should cooperate for the shipper to pay the due amount.
therefore I suggest you to say the finishing date roughly by consulting your customs broker.
I stress again, it wouldn't need to be true. it's like useful information to the shipper.
please consider my suggestion and reply to us.
