Purposed : To ensure that all our to-be-promoted employees are screened
and later are fully developed to perform their job effectively and efficiently. In addition to that they are also compensated accordingly.
Procedure :
1. The applicants for the vacant position or the promotions are as follows :
• Recommended by Department / Division Heads.
• Applied by person.
• External Applications.
2. The interesting / proposing internal applicants fill a Transfer Request Form according to the following procedure :
• Request for the form from Human Resource Department.
• Submit the Form to HR Department.
• HR Officer notifies the requesting department manager for information.
• HR Officer coordinate the Screening Process.
3. The Screening Process is as follows :
• Interviewed by HR Manager for leadership skill, attitude, maturity and achievements.
• Interviewed by concerned Department / Division Head for suitability of the job knowledge and other technical know-how.
• Interview by General Manager or other relevant Executive Committee Member.
4. The following document and information must be attached with the Transfer Request Form and Personal File :
• Transfer Request Form
• Personal File
• Result of previous Performance Appraisal (PA)
• Job Description for the applied position
5. Evaluation of the Screening Applicants :
• Considered by GM and members of Executive Committee.
• Human Resources Manager recommends salary scales and benefits.
• Final approval by General Manager.
6. Confirmation of the position applied :
• Letter of appointment Letter is issued.
• PAF (Personnel Action Form) is issued.
• All documents, name tag, business card, (if applicable) uniform are coordinated by Human Resource Department and charged back to concerned department.

7. Minimum Qualification of the Applying Candidates :
• Must be in the same position for at least 1 year.
• Performance Appraisal (PA) must be good or excellent point or result.
• English skill have to be at least workable.
• Personal Performance :
- no absenteeism
- no written warning
8. Transition Period :
The 90-day transition period may be provided for the new supervisor and manager with the following objectives :
8.1 Align with the team members.
8.2 Learn and become familiar with the standard goals of the department.
8.3 Provide time to fully develop.
9. Compensation :
After the transition period or upon commencement of the promotion, the supervisor or manager may be offered a salary adjustment pertaining to the supervisor or the manager of the department. The agreement must be approved by General Manager before the transfer or promotion is taken place.
Note : Any confirmation or commitment to the transferring or promotion employees must be advised after all documents and agreements are approved by General Manager. There will not be any verbal commitment made to the employees prior to that.
