Putting the Iron into Iron Mike

which he did seven days a week,
before he started making millions,

5am : Get up and go for 5 km jog.
6am : Come back home , shower , go back to bed
10am : Wake up, eat oatmeal
12am : Doring work (10 rounds of sparring)
2pm : Have anotherr meal (steak and pasta with fruit joice)
3pm : Morering work(mitts,heavy bag,skipping,shawdow boxing,speedball) and
60 minutes on the exercise bike
5pm : 2000 sit-ups,500-800 dips, 500 press-ups,500 shrugs with a 30 kg.
