in accordance with the discussion between PCS and ESCAP concerning ESCAP closure of the complex between May 14 2014
PCS were available and on call to provide services on every day (except weekends)between May 14 2014
PCS have made up the loss of services by putting in extra hours in accordance with the contract TOO,at no additional cost to ESCAP and bring up the premises back to the level it should be had the services continued normally, i.e. without interruption.
PCS Have paid all th TOO for the full month of May 2014 without any deductions
ESCAP is not liable for any incidentals or losses that may result due to these circumstances and that no claim will be lodged by PCS.
