Table 2 presents the means, standard deviations, alpha reliabilities, and correlation coefficients for the study variables. Chronbach’s alpha for health, safety, economic, and family
needs dimension is found to be 0.83, while for actualization and knowledge needs dimension it is found to be 0.81. Finally, a Chronbach’s alpha of 0.67 is observed for social and esteem needs dimension of QWL scale. Further, the results of the study indicate that QWL and its three need dimensions, explicitly health, safety, economic, and family needs; actualization and
knowledge needs; and social and esteem needs exhibit positive and significant relationships with the measure of psychological well-being (correlations ranged from 0.41 to 0.52, p
