There are a few things to try:
1. Delete and reinstall and log in with your Google or Facebook account.
2. Clear cache (if you have an Android device) and try logging in with your Google or Facebook account.
3. Restart your device and log in with your Google or Facebook account.
If none of these things work, please let us know. You are among others who are experiencing a similar issue. Our development team is currently looking into the situation and in the mean time, we will be taking down IGN, device info, and OS info to see if that will help us to determine the cause.
