The third stage happens in the range of 350–500 ◦C and represents a weight loss of approximately 55%. This one corresponds to the decomposition of amide groups and the degradation of the polymer main chains. Besides, the thermogram shows that this weightlessness is accompanied by some deformation of the hydrogel backbone skeleton structure . Beyond this temperature, the polymer decomposes completely.This study suggests that thermal stability of the hydrogel was slightly improved with cell addition; due to there are not substantial differences between the pyrolysis behavior of hydrogel with and without yeast.
