"Well, what I wanted to say is... We've been through so much together, we have suffered and we laughed. And those moments will always be important to us. And for that reason, each of you have a special place in our hearts." Kahi smiled, putting her hand on the heart. "I hope that we continue together for many more years, to attend the weddings of all others, to be the uncles of your children and grow old together as the good friends that we are." Kahi said.
When Kahi finished speaking, Nana, Lizzy, Marco, Dambi, Uee, Jooyeon, Bekah, Raina and Jungah applauded loudly, with a smile on their faces and their eyes wet with emotion. Then Jungah rose from the chair.
"And now, all to give a shoot and get drunk!" Jungah exclaimed, lifting her glass. "Well, all but the pregnant woman, she has water to drink." Dambi laughed.
After several hours, it was night, and they were still inside the restaurant, sharing laughs together.
Nana and Lizzy were talking with Dambi, cheerfully. Nana put her ear in Dambi's huge belly, smiling from ear to ear when she noticed how the child growing inside her kicked.
"It kicked!" Nana said, clapping excitedly. Dambi smiled tenderly.
"She will be a strong girl." Dambi said, clutching Marco's hand."As her father."
"OMO is a girl?" Exclaimed Lizzy. Dambi nodded.
"And how you gonna name her?" Asked Kahi, who had come near to Dambi, accompanied by Jungah.
Dambi smiled broadly, her other hand clutching Kahi's hand and looked at the older woman.
"Jiyoung." Kahi's eyes widened.
"Dambi..." Kahi said, touched. Dambi smiled.
"Certainly, Jungah-unnie." Dambi said. "Since the child will have Kahi-unnie's name... Would you be the godmother on her baptism?" Asked Dambi and Jungah smiled from ear to ear.
"I'd love Dambi." Jungah said, kneeling beside Dambi and supporting her ear on Dambi's belly, as Nana did before. "I'm sure that she will be a beautiful girl, like her mother." Jungah flashed her sweet eye-smile.
While Jungah was talking to Dambi, Kahi came across the table, where Uee, Raina, Jooyeon and Bekah were talking animatedly. Kahi smiled and sat down beside them.
"Yo ~ Appa." Bekah said, smiling.
"Yo ~ Bek." Kahi said. "Uee, Jooyeon I need to talk with you." Kahi said.
"What is it, unnie?" Asked Uee.
"I want to ask Jungah to come to live with me." Kahi said, smiling, and a big smile appeared on Jooyeon's lips, who looked at Uee, excited.
"You want to make a change of apartment, unnie?" Asked Jooyeon. Kahi nodded.
"I know that you and Uee want to live together, but she couldn't leave Jungah alone." Kahi said and Uee nodded. "So I want to go live with her, so you two can be together and I can spend with her 24 hours a day." Kahi smiled.
"It's great Appa!" Exclaimed Raina, while Bekah smiled.
"When are you going to ask her?" Asked Uee.
"Tonight, when we leave from here." Kahi said.
"Fighting unnie!" Exclaimed Raina, Bekah Uee and Jooyeon at the same time. Kahi laughed.
"Fighting!" Kahi said.
After two hours, people that were inside the restaurant began to leave the building, tired after spending an afternoon with their closest friends, eating like pigs, laugh and laugh nonstop and sing until they lose their voices in a karaoke that Jooyeon pulled out at the last minute.
Each couple went straight to their apartments while Jooyeon and Uee went Uee's apartment.
Kahi, however, had other plans.
With a big smile, Kahi passed quickly beside her building, causing Jungah to hit her in the arm.
"Yah!" Jungah said. "We passed the building!" Jungah shouted to be heard over the sound of the cars passing by their side.
"Who said that we were going to go home now?" Kahi said, accelerating the bike with a smile on her face.
After 35 minutes, Kahi and Jungah reached their destination and Jungah's eyes widened, while Kahi took off her helmet with a smile on her face.
Jungah jumped off the bike, removing her helmet and she let her long light hair falling down her back, while Kahi pulled a blanket under the seat and kept her helmet.
"Can I have your helmet to keep it?" Kahi said and Jungah looked at her. Kahi smiled.
"Long time since we were here." Jungah said while Kahi spread the blanket on the grass after kept Jungah's helmet.
They were back in the lookout of the mountain, with the shining lights of Seoul at the feet of the mountain and with the brightness of the stars in the darkness of the night sky. That night the full moon was shining strongly, illuminating everything with its silvery light, no clouds that would prevent it to shine.
Kahi lay on the blanket, putting her arms behind her head and smiled, looking at the sky. Jungah lay beside her, resting her head on Kahi's shoulder and hugging her waist.
"We have come a long way, Yeobo." Jungah said and Kahi nodded, smiling.
"I know, and that is why I want to take a step forward."
Jungah turned around, looking at Kahi, with her chin on Kahi's chest, as she watched her curiously.
"What do you mean?" Asked Jungah. Kahi smiled and kissed Jungah gently on the lips.
"I want you to come to live with me." Kahi said. Jungah's eyes widened.
"Unnie..."
"I want to do everything with you Jungah." Kahi said. "I want to wake up every morning next to you, smell your scent on my sheets, sense the savory smell in the kitchen every time that you prepare the food, see your sweet smile all the time." Jungah smiled. "I want to marry you, have kids with you, grow old with you, die by your side. I want to start slowly. But I want to do everything with you." Kahi said, clutching Jungah's hand. "Are you willing to go the way ahead in life with me?"
Jungah smiled and put Kahi's hand to her lips, kissing it softly, and then kissing Kahi on the lips in a kiss so sweet and full of promise that left the two women with the warmth of happiness running through each corner of their bodies.
"Of course I want unnie." Jungah said. "It's what I wanted most in life since I was a kid." Jungah smiled. "Do everything with you until the moment I die." Kahi smiled, hugging Jungah.
"I love you Jungah." Kahi said, burying her face in Jungah's neck.
"I love you too, Jiyoung." Jungah said, lacing her fingers with Kahi's ."Now is when our real journey together began.
