The RSD ranged from 0.57% to 6.43% for the corn and cane syrups (S1 and CS1) in the repeatability and intermediate precision tests. The RSD (%) values for repeatability estimates (Table 2) were considered appropriate because they were smaller than those recommended by AOAC (2012) (RSD (%) < 3.7 for corn syrups and RSD (%) < 5.3 for cane syrups).
