The simultaneous determination of organic amines by capillary electrophoresis in
various combinations with photometric [12–14] and other versions of detection [15, 16] was demonstrated as early as in the 1990s. In these works, only a principle possibility of the determination of analytes of this type by capillary electrophoresis was shown; the analyte components were selected arbitrarily without considering
specific types of water bodies and related regulations. For example, the possibility of determining certain alkylamines C1–C4 by capillary electrophoresis after solid phase extraction was studied, but exclusively n-alkylamines and n-alkanolamines were selected as analytes, and the determination of all analytes on their joint presence was not carried out [12].
