We have been using this format since we started. Is there any other form that we can evaluate hotel staff by different department. Office staff and back of the house the different skills. Also what point is the passing point? Total 150 points and not too many staff are scoring more than 110 points. Do our standard is too low or managers and supervisor evaluate to hard? Also does each staff improve their performance compare to one month, two months and so on. I would like HR to consider different way to evaluate the probation system
