The model does suggest that the performance, successful or not, of inaugurating a new enterprise does cause change in the personal aspect. Success is bound to improve motivation. There is little doubt that as the individual works her way through the initiation, launch and management of a new venture she gains immeasurable in skills and knowledge which adds to her personal skill levels and experience. These attributes, followed by reinforcement of personality variables, or changes, may bring about an enhanced individual, perhaps more mature for all the effort, and certainly better equipped to begin, it that becomes necessary.
