Today I got call from Samurai ' messenger your messenger ask me about appointment to pick up pocket wifi although I didn't confirm to rent your pocket yet !!!
Moreover , when I checked this e-mail , I got the invoice as your attachment. I 'd like to know while I 've didn't confirm rental from Samurai wifi yet , why you send me this invoice ???? Although , I fill out your application to rental wifi in event at Sirikit conventional center but it doesn' t mean that I agree to rent your wifi !!!
Do you want to know the reason why I didn't decide to rent your wifi ? Because your staff (K.Natt คุณแน๊ท) gave me a wrong information more than 1 time. And your bad cooperation on your office as my mentioned explanation above.Therefore , I selected to rent wifi to other shop.
Pls. consider your bad service and if you can improve , pls. improve immediately.
