As you are aware, we sent an email to you regarding the above mentioned booking.
We always do this to ensure that we give you time to provide your feedback to any comments made by our clients.
Unfortunately, we have received no such feedback in this case, and the time to respond has elapsed. Due to this I would like to take the time to inform you that we are therefore refunding the client 50% of the booking.
