The effects of the incorporation of RGO were evaluated and listed in
Table 1 with regard to short circuit photocurrent density (JSC), opencircuit
photovoltage (VOC), fill factor of the cell (ff) and the overall conversion
efficiency (η). The electrode performance is illustrated by J–V
curves under AM 1.5 condition shown in Fig. 9. It is observed from
Table 1 that a proper amount of the RGO in the RGO–TiO2 photoanode
enhances the energy conversion efficiency of the DSSCs. With
0.75 wt.% RGO, the photoelectric performs the best in this experiment
setting with a conversion efficiency of 7.89%, an increase of 30.2% as
compared to pure TiO2-based DSSC. The overall conversion efficiency
