Responsibilities:
This position reports to Country Head Thailand and dotted line to Global Head of Marketing
Lead marketing, social media, public relations, and all branding efforts within Thailand
Liaise with external tactical marketing agencies to produce strong and effective promotions, advertising and public relations campaigns
Determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues of existing hotel relationships
Work with Commercial department to drive demand to our room inventory
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives, analyzes spending variances
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing, public relations or branding, preferably in hotel and/or travel industry.
Online, digital or non-print media background desirable.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Good command of English is an added advantage
Result-oriented and a strategic thinker
Able to work under pressure
