Ingredients
• 1 crisp lettuce and or a selection of fresh mesclun
• 1 large bunch watercress
• 1 bunch mint leaves (remove stalks)
• 1 small handful of coriander leaves
• 1 small handful dill
• 2 spring onions. chopped
• 6 rounds cucumber, then halved
• 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs (Yolks removed and reserved for dressing. Whites sliced and used in the salad)
• 1 small handful roasted peanuts.
How To Cooking
1. Onto a plate or into a salad bowl, add the above ingredients.
2. Pour over the Lao Salad Dressing and toss the salad.
