For work based on production, quotas and piecework,
during normal working hours, you and the members of your organization must pay the proportionate minimum wage or the relevant industry average, whichever is higher. Information about this pay rate must be available for all workers and worker organizations. For pay based on piecework, the worker must agree that the rate is fair, and you and the members of your organization must make the method of calculation transparent and accessible to the worker. You and the members of your organization must not use production, quotas and piecework employment as a means to avoid time-bound contracts.
