Food Policy:
1. No hot food on work stations, dry snacks are ok but only to a minimum on desk areas. Water and coffee are ok. All wrappers must go to trash bin.
2. Food ok in boardrooms but parties must clean after themselves.
Desk Policy:
1. No items on the floor, all items are to be stored in cabinets.
2. Items on work stations should be at a minimum (pen holders, photo frames, 1 paper tray ok). Documents should be stored in cabinets.
3. No Seller Samples should be stored on desks or in the office.
4. One cabinet for every 2 people, allocated cabinet numbers must be logged with Head of Functions and all staff are responsible for what is in these cabinets. Cabinets must not contain perishable food, drinks and illegal items.
Eco-Friendly Policy:
1. Lights in boardrooms must be turned off after use.
2. No colour printing unless approved by Function Head.
Security Policy:
1. Entrance doors to the offices must be closed at all times.
2. Laptops must be closed and locked when not in use.
3. External guests must be limited to common areas or boardrooms.
4. No access should be given to guests any time after hours.
5. All staff must flag any suspicious persons in our office immediately.
Other:
1. Boardrooms must be booked at all times. There will be 1 Boardroom allocated to first come first served and there is an Executive Meeting room that cannot be booked. All processes to follow in a separate email.
2. Telephone calls must be made in boardrooms or Skype rooms throughout the office.
3. Punctuality - be in the office on during work hours and respect time booked in boardrooms.
4. All staff have a legal and moral responsibility for all visitors that you bring into the office. Staff are held accountable should anything happen while having visitors to our office.
5. No makeshift window coverings allowed on any windows in the office.
