4. Conclusion
A highly sensitive voltammetric sensor based on CdO/NPs/ILs/CPE
was developed as a highly sensitive sensor for the fast determination
of vitamin C and NADH in food and pharmaceutical samples. Compared
to unmodified CPE, a decrease of overpotential of oxidation of vitamin C
with a 5.0-fold increment in the oxidation current was observed when
using the proposed sensor as a highly sensitive tool. The sensor successfully
resolves the overlapped voltammetric peaks of vitamin C and
NADH by≈350mV, so that the CdO/NPs/ILs/CPE displays high selectivity
in the SWV measurement of vitamin C and NADH in their mixture
solutions.
