Responsibilities:
Plan marketing strategy for each brand
Do yearly marketing plan about product, advertisement, promotion
Involve in setting sales target of each brand for yearly, short term, and mid term
Manage subordinates to conduct the environmental analysis such as macro environment, marketing environment, competitor environment, and consumer environment
Manage subordinates to think up new product or renewal plans and proceed them to the launching and make them stable in the market
Manage subordinates to create marketing mix plan, conduct the plan, and check the effectiveness through researches
Manage subordinates to prepare the documents for retailers to present company's marketing activities, and accomplish it
Manage sales progress to analyse the gap between plan and actual, and instruct subordinates to do recovery plan
Manage Profit & Loss progress to analyse the gap between plan and actual
Create culture among subordinates to think and act independently
Qualifications and Experiences:
Thai nationality only, age over 40 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
More than 10 years marketing experience in FMCG business with at least 5 years experience as manager
Good marketing knowledge and logical thinking
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
Good command of English
